the calum bins are base tunes to get you to a tuner who can adjust the TP, RPM and other scales to your set up.
sr20's love nitrous. your good for a 100 shot @ 3,500rpm with 12* of timing with a a wet shot. Once that works good for you, then you may be able to push the timing 1 or 2 more degree's advanced ...

loosen your throttle cable a little, throw some wd40 on the TB spring and pull the IACV and clean it out with break parts cleaner, then put it back on and see what happens.

Take the bottle to your local fire dept. It will cost about $25 to get it recertified and will take a few hours. Your drop the bottle off and come back for it usually.

I normally just use a breaker bar with a long ass pipe at the end to turn the bolt for the pulley and jam up the flywheel with a CRAFTSMAN screwdriver.
