Have either of you received refunds or your parts?

I got my transmission from him last week. He shipped it out after I sent him some nasty messages. Mind you this was 1 month after I sent him a payment and after he fed me a fake tracking number 1 month ago after I paid. There was a sticker on the box stating the real date of shipping, so he is obviously a thief.

I am very unhappy with it. The transmissions internals were filled with packing penuts, the fluid channel is not even meant for our cars, the seals are shot and there is quit a bit of shredded metal in the transmission. Also im 100% sure I got a different transmission then I was sent pictures of.

It is very obvious this fool has tried to rob me but backed off after he saw the consequences that follow his actions. Now I am still settling with paypal because I did not receive the item as specified.

@Cliff , I could still use those IP's as I am still going to be reporting him to his ISP and at least attempt to get his internet shut off. His papal account is locked.

@Cliff , what are the forums policies on posting up the skammers personal info publicly? I have a good amount of data I would like to release but I do not want to violate the TOS.

Wow. Srk-ser just don't give a f. Good thing is I got my money back thanks to paypal. But I still want. srk-ser to be bann from this forum!

just to add to my post from yesterday....

i got a chance to clean the transmission yesterday and underneath all the grease and dirt i found lots of cracks in the bell house and case that are superglue together.

so now im stuck with another fucked up transmission ....

Wow that's so mesed up!
Maybe we need to have asystem where you need at least 150 posts and if you're below that have somebody vouch for you (preferably a mod)

cursing him out and calling him bad names always gets this thief to answer me
