I would go with a 15" due to a wider selection of tires. The 16" rim will fill up the fender wells better though with out lowering the car too much.

you could do the same thing with the stock cams or any other ve cam by leaving the solenoids activated all the time or by locking the rockers in place. why you would want to do this is beyond me:poke:

The stock paper gasket will handle 350whp easy. Most people use the mls vet gasket because its pretty cheap and can handle what ever you throw at it.
I would invest in a set of s4 cams instead of the valve springs and retainers. the stock setup will handle 8k rpm. the cams will allow you to make more power at a lower boost level.
clutch masters or Jwt is what I trust.
I would throw a jdm de in there for cost purposes.
