It was a good try Payu, thanks for sharing your results.
What are some of draw backs you've found?
My own personal reservations were these itb injector mounts are pretty high from the runner...
Payu, if you want I can send these air horns out to you for testing. I believe they have the right dimensions for your itb, plus they're are curved at 45* degree so they wouldn't face directly at t...

The SR20VE doesn't have any lifters. It's a mechanical shaft mounted rocker arm system so you only need to check the lash.
If the topend was untouched, check the tensioner. Worst case would be ...

Be careful with percentages when applied to drivetrain loss, it's not very accurate.
Take for example an assumed 15% fwd drive train loss:
150whp x .15 = 22.5 whp loss
200 x .15 = 30

Yes, of course. Do you expect him to say any different after spending the money?
LOL, you're welcome.
BTW, the front engine and rear engine mounts on all the different chasiss are "similar style". So what?
No hating here. Just trying to give you a realistic hp expectation, and there's nothing in your setup that I haven't tested or seen on the dyno.
Here's my point. You are running a stock cam, a...

Those numbers might be at the flywheel, lol.
Sorry, I have to clarify. In the NA game you have to rev the crap out of the engine to make that kind of #. You can make 200+ but peak power rpm should...

PTen is asking about the chain not the tentioner.
The chains are interchangeable since the cam gears and crank gear are the same. I'm using a DE chain on my VE.
I had the same symptoms; no cold air, compressor not engaging, radiator and a/c fans not kicking in.
At first, I checked all a/c electrical components(relay and fuse) and they were fine. Next,...
Yes, I'm pretty confident the 20V solenoid housing will work without having to cut the slot for the oil return. Again, the oil return slot is for the oil in the hollow rocker shafts to return to th...
