All you're changing is the rotor drive so that the distributor accepts the RR rotor.

If you order non-ABS rotors you will get SE-R rotors.
Whether the car has ABS or not does not matter, if you want the correct AD22 rotor you have to order the "ABS" rotors.

You're hitting launch control limit because the ECU isn't seeing speed.

Reconnect your sensor.

Sleeves and washers are for the rear as the B13/14 spindle is longer/thinner than what is required for these new hubs.
Unisa Jecs sells the sleeve and spacers by themselves also, and he has the pic...
