Thanks for the response guys. Shes up and running now, removed the thermostat and no more overheating.
A lot of it is prepping and making sure the pan is flat and straight. Also make sure it dries before adding oil.

It is not an after market header. I had it ceramic coated to help with cooling and make it look prettier.

You can get the correct measurments by sending the specs of your engine to Burns, and in return they give you the proper measurements for the engine, just like Mike Kojima did. :D
