i can't speak for the usa, but here's an example of what (i think) is the cheapest way to make a custom intake. use your sr20ve runners, make up some custom longer runners/bellmouths,add a plenum,t/b...done. xcessive can do it, but its probably gunna cost a grand to get it all done (mods,plenum,t/b,gaskets)

now that's done, let's get back to making these..

It's still not cheap, the total parts for that manifold is around $600ish usd. The Labor is going to be another $300ish. That is the stock intake manifold flange cut behind the injector mounts. everything after that is custom.

are you planning on making a 4-1 header or a 4-2-1? .. or both!?

We will have both available. Waiting on collectors to come in, then I will update as well.

will these have an exhaust flange, or individual primary's that bolt up to the exhaust ports?

i ask because it may be cheaper to send (both nationally and internationally) if its the latter, especially a 4-1 design. end buyers could weld the primarys up themselves ( to the collector/reverse cone ) optimising for the best fitment for them.
