Hubs are different, I tried to use a B14 (0 toe beam) on my B15 and when I tried to bolt up the hubs there was too much in and out play between the axle bolt and the hub/bearing assembly.
Got it, all cleaned and upgraded. Tested at 100a at 800rpms.

How old is the battery?
Have you performed a load test on the battery?
Having a DVD that people can purchase (even folks that attend in person) will be pretty awesome. I take it attenders will get course documents that they refer back to correct?
