you are going to be hand pumping. I would just pump the fuel out under the car using the fuel pump. its a short run between the gas tank and the bottom where the rubber line meets the hard line.

either a bad torque wrench or all threads needed to be chased and the holes cleaned out.

I checked today and my Nx2000 radiator fit perfect. Just needed to rotate one t-bolt clamp so it fit right.

you need to follow the oem pattern for the head studs. the torque steps seem fine. make sure to tighten the studs to 12-14in/lb in the block before putting the nuts on. also use the lube that comes...

ran the greddy type s for a while. The apexi avcr works really well but is complicated. I used my aem ems to control boost now.
