Here's my dyno sheet from a dyno day at P2R. This was a while ago. I thought I had posted it. Serban has a video of it. Maybe he can post it up.
First pass is on 19psi and second pass is on 25psi....

What kind of power are you looking for?
My buddy made over 900whp with his EVO with a 3" exhaust and I made 641whp with a 3" exhaust with two mufflers and a resonator. I don't think you need much ...

The stock GTI-R manifold isn't really that bad. I ported my old one out and made good power with my big T28 that I had. Now it's in my brothers B12 still running strong.

That wouldn't be a problem for drag racing but for the street most guys might want to keep the 5th. It's good to have that option though. I'm still interested in the longer 4th gear that way I won'...

I agree with you. I went from a T28 and Pulsar manifold to this setup with a PTE6262. Same engine and fuel system but different turbos. I made around 450hp at 25psi with the T28 and 641hp at 25psi ...
