I can't believe this is actually getting this close to being done. Looking back at my first post this was just a long shot, my last hope before taking the 6speed plunge. This just seemed like a bet...
It's not really set in stone what HP they break at cause some guys break them with around 400hp. I broke my 4th gear on low boost (531hp) and high boost (641hp). This was on the street though. I'm ...

Here's a pic of the one I did for the Pulsar GTI-R

When I get some time I'm going to contact some other companies to see if I can get this done. I'm not giving up on this idea. It's just two gears 3rd and 4th not the whole cluster.
I know this is a old thread but I did the conversion on my car and like se200 said the 94 Altima setup fits perfect with just having to open the hole a little on the top part of the bracket inside ...
Tuning was done with very low timing just to see what it would do. When timing was added, the seals started to push out. I think its good for mid 400hp at this same boost when everything is sorted.

I'm sure they all have their ups and downs. I personally have been running the PTE6262 journal bearing for over 3 years with nothing but smiles every time I drive my car. I recently went to a event...
He can use the B13 harness. Just wire in the resistor and swap the two outer wires on the TPS plug.
The injectors can run without the resistors but you can damage the injector drivers in the ecu. No matter what ecu you use it needs resistors, that's why the GTI-R came with a resistor pack. Most l...
Oh, ok. Sounds good to me.

A more simple way is to weld a brace onto the motor mount/shifter bracket and bolt the other end to one of the 14mm bolts by the bottom of the oilpan. I used an old altenator bracket for this on my...
The bracket doesn't stop it from breaking gears, it just helps to keep the case from cracking by the axle.
The B15s break also. I've broken 4th gear several times with mines but always on the street never at the track. I had to turn my boost down to 15psi (close to 500hp) on the street in order to preve...
