There's a hose that comes off the intake for the air regulator, that hose goes there. It normally goes to the intake hose between the MAF and the throttlebody.

I did a Pulsar tranny like this. I put a PPG straight cut 3rd gear in there and it works perfect. Just a little noisy in 3rd but that's how straight cut gears are. That where i got the idea from.
