You are not the only one. I am considering putting one together once I finish my current B13. I thought about selling my P11 to buy a clean 4 door and daily it.
I also have a oil return flange that fits a 35r if needed
I don't have any of the items on this list. I do have a few IC couplers if needed. I believe they are 3".
With so many awesome fabricators available why is everyone still looking for a off the shelf item? I just don't get it.

Also keep in mind there is only 1 National Convention. There is the West Coast Convention and the National Convention. Both good things that work for people. It gives people another opportunity ...

I would love to own a bone stock clean SE-R someday. I bet it has to be a blast to drive. Knowing you beat the crap out of it with no issues.
