Thread: Carshow Picnic Donations Info (2015)

I am excited about hosting the 2015 Convention and now it is time to get the planning and events in full swing. One of the biggest things are the organization of all scheduled events, so now I would like to get the Car show and Picnic underway. I was at Summit Point this past weekend and I met with the track manager, he indicated, that we can use the grounds for our picnic and car show event (I am also looking at other places as well) so now I would like to ask for donations in order to secure catering, raffle prizes, and car show trophies.
