I don't think the projectors are mounted right. Looks like you have it more sideways then needed to be. The sanding process require like 10 different grit and the newer eBay/china lamps are junk.
The bigger the better on wastegate especially when location is not prioritise.

94 use 2 different rotors, before 2/94 use the 10"(258mm) while the 2-94+ use the 278mm rotors.

front and rear mounts are different. depends on brand coilovers, yes.
lowest mileage ever has to be when the manufacture delivered the car to the dealer.
and now the price is going to go up!
