474hp was made on the GTi-R manifold back in 2001.

Some progress on the manifold...it's almost done, just waiting on a 1/2 in. thick head flange to be machined/delivered.

Progress from Sunday funday...I finalized position of the double slip fit collector and turbine flange transition. It's starting to look like a real manifold :D

You should have a washer, nut, castle washer then a cotter pin going through that. With all those it is literally impossible for it to loosen

I got a new gopro and set it in the car for my first video of the ve-t . 1-3rd letting off in third. had to use the lower resolution setting because my 32gb sd card will not be here until tomorrow....

Yes. For me and I'm not too sensitive to loud systems but VEs are pretty loud... maybe do the snail in the exhaust manifold mod...
