If you can, setup the direct connection via serial port and log both values. then compare and adjust the 0-5v if necessary.
You can save it and just cut out the stuff you do not want in the exel version. Thats usually what i do to clean up the pulls.
This really only works if you are importing it to Virtual Dyno though.

Nismotronics the way to go these days for the simpler setups, even some of the more advanced ones would be fine too tho..
i think if a tuner can tune aem or something they can tune with nismotro...
You can if you use a s13 sr20det ecu, from what i understand there are only very minor wiring differences between the 2 ecu, then you have all the good stuff with Nismotronic Nemu SA.
All you can do is adjust the static base timing via distributor or use a magic box to fiddle with air fuel ratios (such as Apexi S-AFC)
That being said, NEMU SA is better than any JWT I have used ...
