I found the issue with the harnesss today. The car is running with both ECU's now. It was a loose prong on one of the interior harnesses that go into the engine harness.

I got my transmission from him last week. He shipped it out after I sent him some nasty messages. Mind you this was 1 month after I sent him a payment and after he fed me a fake tracking number 1...
