JWT always says keep timing at 15* with their ECUs. Too advanced will loose HP just like too little timing will. Also as others have said, a compression test will tell you a lot. If this motor was ...
Not sure if this helps, but try closing the idle adjuster on the IACV, i had a bouncing idle/recovery before, since i did that i have had no issues.
The highports came with an external coil, you can use one of those and it become straight forward.
I just finished it up installing the bushings earlier today and have the alignment close. I think there is a little toe in still but i did notice a difference in how the front end feels. During dis...

If anything the injectors just nee to dry and the fuel in the intake/exhaust manifolds needs to dissipate. You could always just clean the plugs with a piece of emery cloth or a fine wire brush. Le...
You have a bad ground. Clean the paint off and bolt the ground to the chassis, not the seat mount. Also make sure the ground that went to the factory battery location is still grounded well. Also c...
I sent my block to Mazworx to have them bore it out. It is one of those things that is just insurance. You could get away with it but why risk it? Also, you could have issues that are not noticeabl...

Realistically any meter you listed will work for what you need, the cheaper it is usually the less accurate and less reliable it will be. The accuracy and quality of the Fluke is superb, it however...
