Long pants yes and shorts no. Long sleeve recommended but t-shirts also accepted. M helmets will be ok, but must be 2005 or newer.

Helmets will also be available for rental.

I have S4HL cams now and the Panda runs great. I have had both S3 and S4 cams in the past and there is definitely a difference with the HL's :D
