Haha yup...definitely enough enough warrant a proper tap/die set! Not sure if it sounds stripped or a pressed in bolt came loose...but the "10mm" bolts/nuts are M6x1.0 and the "12mm" is an M8x1.25...

My first thought is plug wires...the added moisture when humid would be the perfect conductor. Easy to check at night when dark...use a squirt bottle and MIST a spray over the wires and look/liste...
