I think the reason the NX is sometimes overlooked is just how rare they are. A few years ago, I officially threw in the towel in terms of finding a clean manual one in good shape. It's like trying to find a unicorn!

The NX is overlooked and forgotten about for the same reason it was when new, it's an oddball wallflower. Yes, it has better brakes and handling than the SE-R, but even the SE-R sat overlooked on new car lots, a slow seller compared to it's GA powered cousins.
On the new car lot the NX was a screwy looking cheaper alternative to the 240sx, but in an attempt to make it look different they went too far.

I almost bought a B15 Sentra with a VQ35DE swap. That motor is a beast. I had a '05 Altima SE-R and loved it
LOL...WTF are you talking about Jordan?
About how nice the VQ motors are since we were talking about Nissan V6s. There was a guy awhile ago who dropped one in to a B15 and I looked at it, but I ended up getting an Altima SE-R instead.

Yep, spot on. Every person (who don't know about SR20s) I point out an NX to says "it's ugly as sin." "Worst looking car I've ever seen." It's something about the front headlights and stuff I think. Of all the SR20 powered vehicles in the U.S. ever released, I think the P11 G20t is the sleekest looking one, and the superblack 91 SE-R look the best. I still want an NX though.

And that relates to this thread how?
Just about the Nissan V6 motors that someone brought up. Oh and huge surprise Kyle "liked" your post.
