It's really simple...it not a democracy. The folks making the decisions are the people that are putting their personal money/gobs of time to make this happen. You think this shit happens by itself?...

I can help with cooking, cleaning, running errands, gofer etc. while at the convention. I don't mind grunt work. I guess that falls under Assistant staff?
