Convention Committee members: Who's doing what?
This thread will be used to determine who's filling what role for the 2013 convention. We need to have clear and concise decisions here, as the convention's success depends on it.
We need the cut sheet to get started, so that folks can be assigned roles.
We will NOT have a repeat in that Joe and his family are doing the brunt of the work for Savannah. Likewise with Rob and Lou doing the brunt of the work for this past convention in Ohio.
Things that hit me right off top:
1. Welcome packets with agenda, flyer, etc.
2. Badges
3. Shirts
4. Catering
5. Assistant staff
6. Banners, decals, placards
7. Raffles
8. Donations
Those are just my up front thoughts.
