After much finagling, got the eBay header on.

Cleaned up my vacuum lines and got rid of AIV/EGR/BPT .

Installed new clutch cable. Much more of a b*tch to do than I remember.

We followed the FSM instructions for installing the head/bolts. Everything went without a hitch.
