You should have a washer, nut, castle washer then a cotter pin going through that. With all those it is literally impossible for it to loosen

Take the whole intake off and clean it out. I have a JDM lowport manifold and it is spotless inside due to lack of egr. Also has radiused trumpets on the inside

It's not horrible advice but I would prefer to not use the fpr line for safety reasons. I usually run the gate line closer to the TB since the boost signal will be stronger
