If we can get 10 confirmed buyers, making the gears isn't an issue.
However, before I can get an idea of price, I would need an oem sample set so that we can take our measurements.

Yeah, 1mm needed to be removed from the top of the bearing spigot so that it would sit in fully in the housing (again, this is an easy fix for the production items).
We've found 2 issues so far: the alignment holes, and clearance on the flange (where the ring gear bolts onto).
Both issues are easy fixes, and will be fixed for the production units. Just waiti...

Ok guys, the production manager just got back to me. The 32A final drives (4.785 and 5.167) are now finished and ready to ship :)
Sorry guys, there was a slight delay with the 32A sample LSD (there was a machining error with the splines), so we had to do some last minute changes. The revised LSD was shipped out last week thou...

32A final drives should be sometime next month :)
We've sorted out the testers now :)
We have 4.785 and 5.167 final drives for the 32V

Finishing up the final QC on the Helical 32A/32V prototypes just now, so should be able to ship them out to the designated testers soon :)
