The headers that John @ Hotshot made in the early days had their problem too. Once we got on to Gen 5 and Gen 6 the quality was there at a price of $550 IIRC.

you deff can run a bigger cup if you want. typically bigger the better when It comes to stainless.

I use this kit at the moment, it has a very large clear cup pyrex over 1" big. it work...
