Keo, try this to disable Thanks notifications.

User CP -> Edit Options -> Notification for new "Thanks" on your posts? -> uncheck Receive notifications

how do i disable notification for this? I don't like or care for this.

As for looking for posts you've thanked, I haven't really found an easy way to link this (yet).

For now, go to your profile and click on statistics. Scroll down a bit and you'll see the "thanks"...
