I have turboed over 20 fwd sr20 cars and all of them had TB coolant lines. On the bottom of the TB you should see coolant lines on both sides making a complete loop.

The machine shop I would be using have an SR torque plate, they maintain a few privateers btcc sr20s so that's not a problem.
