Thread: Late June 2008 Meet/Cruise *interest & ideas*

sr7>in to mt.rainier np @ ashford. picnic lunch @ paradise picnic area. drive through park to hiway 410 (cayuse pass). enter park again (pay once is good for all day) for a trip to sunrise. the route can be taken in either direction. meet up in bonney lake or enumclaw on the north side, or maybe yelm from the other direction?? just throwing out ideas
if we want to be (almost) guaranteed good weather, the east side of the cascades is the place to be.
a driving loop over snoqualmie/blewett/stevens passes is long but scenic and includes some twisties. same goes for snoqualmie/manatash/white pass. or bypass manatash for a 2 laner along the yakima river. more twisties on this loop

eat at xxx then cruise to snoqualmie

Eat and Meet at XXX and then Cruise for the photoshoot!

my vote goes to XXX then cuise to snoqualmie. Dex, damien told me about this one road at snoqualmie he said its pretty dope and and has like a view of the waterfall of something. It sounds pretty cool

So your saying with the SR-7 to US-12 to SR-410, it's just a nice big circle around Mt. Rainier.

Do you know if Damien wants to come with, and can you ask him where that is... if it ends up being XXX we are definitely going to want to know this info.

I will do some more research on cruise spots near that area though...



Pretty much, I think that would be super cool... I saw some video of some of the roads there and they look pretty awesome.
