You guys that live in areas in where Nissans are in the thieves radar have to do things about theft prevention. For one an alarm but for those that cant afford an alarm, there are other methods. I was one that couldn't afford an alarm at first but my trick was putting a zip tie on my fuel pump fuse and pulling it out every night or everytime I parked it somewhere I didn't trust. On top of that since I have a b13 which has an external coil on the ignition, I would take the coil plug wire with me at night or unplugged it but leave ontop to make it look like it was still connected which would make it tough for a thief thats in a hurry to troubleshoot. I never did have a problem with my nissans but I had a few corollas that unplugging the ignition prevented them from being stolen on multiple attempts before getting an alarm on the. Just tricks that could prevent your hard work being taken away for free.
