You may get personalized license plates with 1–7 characters (letters, numbers, hyphens, or spaces). Motorcycle and small trailer plates may have up to 6 characters.

Restrictions

Personalized license plates cannot:

• contain unusual characters (#, %, &, @, +, !,etc.).
