Thread: Operation SR24VVL IN PROGRESS ONCE AGAIN

yes i know i posted in it lol, but he said he had to send some axles back..

i'm getting a nasty vibration only during accel. everything, i mean EVERYTHING else in the front end has been replaced with no effect.
also...when turning hard left( loading the right front pretty good) i hear a low pitched grinding noise.
i'm hoping its the center support bearing gone bad. there IS some wobbly play in it.

check you hub. sounds very much like the same thing that happen with my car. took my wheel off and my hub just fell right off.

left front fell apart like yours during the buildup.
new hubs w/new bearings installed when the car was under construction <2000 miles ago.

This happened to me. The bearing and the hub were both broken into multiple pieces.

this is REALLY starting to piss me off! got the new axles today and the same sort of damage on this cardone select (new) axle as the previous (new) empi one!! don't these frokkers inspect shiiet before it goes out the door?
called rockauto, printed a fedex ground ship tag and dropped it off @ package express. so, another week w/o my bitch during the best weather all year

Not to stir the pot but I would of sent the right axles the first time without any damage.

So what is the damage done to these two sets of axles sent to you?
