Cool man I currently have the radiator and fan shroud kit. Now that I know the hoses fit properly I am going to pick up a set.

more progress...and an ass kickin' or 2
to start with, the V-band clamp kicked my ass:o. i had to loosen the cat connections to make it happen. after i was sure the exhaust system was not coming apart again, the wide-band sensor could go in.

then the regular o2 sensor.

then it was the aft mm bolt that gave me shit. after at least 30min. of screwing around i took a 10 min break. came back to it and WALLA.
so the exhaust system and cross member are DONE. now there is the regular, limited access to the motor from below. not to worry. remember, the excessive mani is gonna be a flange and a set of runners (with no plenum in the way) i can install from the top side......then the plenum will go on last. sort of a modular I/M.
i talked to Rich@xcessive this morning. he received his shipment of sand and will be starting on my I/M very soon. i'm gonna have him make me a flange(s) for q45 and n1 t/b's. for testing purposes
didn't leave the house for cotter pins so here she sits.

car and stillen kit still waiting for a trip to the body shop. so close to being finished, it has earned the plate

10 months ago (1/19/10), when this project started, i never thought it would only be this far along.
oh, and happy b-day to ME. 10/20/....

a milestone
the bitch is on its own 4 wheels

one of the vvl solenoid connectors is missing the metal spring lock thingy and so is the knock sensor. without these things the connectors aren't secure but its not a show stopper by any means. think i'll hit up a local PnP tomorrow with a set of dikes in my pocket
should be turn-key very soon
