b15 tranny draining pics

after seeing the shit that came out, i flushed it with a gallon of diesel fuel
here's a couple pics of the homemade allen (Ric) stock i made. works perfectly

its been several yrs since i purchased redline MT90. so today when i went to order it i was shocked at the price. cheapest place i found was racerpartswholesale.com 4qts for $49.75 delivered

Wow Ric that oil looks like it had water in it... Not good =/ Good thing you drained and

flushed it. Yeah Redline isn't cheap by no means. Coming along, not too much longer looks

like. GL.

I/M update
in a nutshell this is what rich@xcessive had to say...
he's using my oem manifold and photos from mr.sentra specv's manifold as a basis to do a mold then casting of the runners. but, instead of the oem style 2 part runner sections (upper/lower), or multiple welded sections as in mr sentra specv' manifold, he's doing a 1 piece cast runner section, to go with the plenum he already offers. he's got the taper figured out from the 50 (something) mm horns to the head flange. the runners will have some curve to them (like the oem does) so as to clear the firewall better and add a touch of length as well.
then at closing when he said mine will be "the 1st" this tends to make me think he has plans to offer these to everyone, should demand warrant it.
this is sounding like good stuff, guys...stay tuned (pun intended).

a little progress...
tired of seeing the motor sitting around so decided to get to work. first was grinding the b14 shift mechanism to clear on the b15 tranny. that took awhile. must have raised and lowered 5 times "test fitting". all feels good from the "cockpit"

the passenger and driver side motor mounts are the only thing holding the motor at the moment. hooked up the alternator wiring.

i'm off work Mon-Fri this coming week. i'll plan on spending at least a few hours each day on it.
