Anybody here own/seen a white b13 w/ a fmic and grey front bumper around Argonne freeway on ramp?

I haven't. I know silvia's got a white b13, but I'm not sure if he's got a grey front bumper. I have a red b13 SE-R, and I'm working on a green 96 GXE to VE right now.

nope, no grey front bumper for me, maybe white with red spots showing through but no grey

My clutch is slipping like the dow so I ordered the key-value B15/P11 kit from Justin @ Infiniti of Scottsdale, should be here this week along with an SR16VE flywheel to install. I have a hi-port cam ready to install & should have my suspension here soon.
