I would watch out for that AL axle bracket cracking. I would have definitely left the stocker or made it out of steel.

It will not crack. There is very little load put on that bracket. The bracket just holds tha axle from droping out.

The SR16VE right side axle has no bracket and is held in with a c clip. I ran one of these axles for a year in my car when I was using the SR16VE tranny. pic below of SR16VE right side axle.

Below is a pic of the Realnighthogs axle bracket mod. I think he did it fro ease of install and removal. This was on a Turbo VE and he has no problems.

I got a 80mm Q45 TB to make a new intake manifold
I got a 100mm MAF
I got 4 in aluminum intake piping
I got 3.5"-4" and 4" silicone hose

I am waiting for a custom made air filter from K&N. It looks like a JWT filter and fits on the JWT pop filter velocity funnel but it is 3.5" longer. Trying to get more filter area so the motor can breath easier.

JWT Filter is 6" Flange, 7.5" base, 5.25" top and 4.5" Height

New Filter is 6" flange, 7.5" base, 5.35" top and 8" Height and has inverted filter on top like JWT one.

I always liked that part of it.

Sounds like a whole lot of awesome you've got there.
Forgive me if I missed it, but it seemed like you'd have 4" intake pipes after the 6" filter. What are you using to transition that?

You did not comprehend my first post.

The flange of a JWT filter is 6 inch and the flange of my new K&N filter is 6 inch.

So like I said before I will be mounting the new K&N filter to the JWT aluminum velocity stack which bolts to the 4in MAF, the back of the MAF is 4 inch, So 4 inch pipe to TB and TB is 80mm ID with an OD of 3.5"=90mm. This means there will be a transition silicone hose there from 3.5" TB -4" Aluminum pipe.

That's what I was looking for.
What's the inside diameter of that JWT velocity stack? Same as everyone else's? (I don't know what size they are.)
