Dynoed the kelfords at Intec to get another baseline got 210whp 158wtq corrected it was 203whp and 156wtq
Tried the kelfords at 0,0 all the tuning in the world i got 17xwhp 14xwtq
Went back to +4,-4 and swapped headers with a prototype from charles didn't really gain much
finally i switched to N1 cams +4,-4 retuned uncorrected 217whp 163wtq SAE 212whp 158wtq
The funny thing about it is that the N1 cams is that im now making 200whp by 6k rpm. they make more power everywhere compared to kelfords on the high cam and only loses 3-5whp on the low cam.
Plus the N1's are much smoother at idle and easier to drive.
Moral of the story, even for my motor no one has figured out how to make a better cam than N1's
i overlayed my dyno with another bolton 20ve with N1's of course i peaked more but area under the curve i blow him away.
unfortunately there was a printer problem so i don't have the dynos from intec but this is the rundown.
I do enjoy tuning the AEM though
