Thread: Need help asap! Please look a/f strange issues

Ok ppl, I have some strange issues with my a/f readings. After installing an intake manifold and tb off a N1 , to my SR20VE, the a/f readings on idle are way off like 16.5:1. Now, Using all kinds of fuel management as safc and AEM Fic, the only thing I could do was to make it stoich for a couple of seconds and then it comes back to 16.5:1. This thing drives me crazy, I mean it's a steady 16.5 and I put a +10 or +20 % to the injectors or the maf sensor. It goes down to 14 and after 10-20 seconds it climbs slowly to 16.5! Now what the hell is this? No CELs whatsoever. I don't know what to do... Other than that, the safc seems to respond at any other modifications on half throttle but when I use full throttle, the car again doesn't respond to whatever fuel I may add. This happens to both cases, using safc, fic, you name it....

Maybe a vacuum lineis not connected or the extra injector holes not tapped properly. Also check if your lambda works properly.

Calum basic ecu's run that lean at idle.....It's fine to have that at idle. However, if your having lean issues up top in the rpm range , you need to perfect your afc tuning skillz.
