EXcellent header. You know with the SSAC header being $125 the Fuji being $600 Turbo Freak header being $800-$1200. It would be nice if something similar like this could be made for the $500 dollar range. Not that exact header but one a littler better than the Fuji for similar money.

Do you realise how similar the stock cast VE primary manifold is to Fuji's? Save the coin, use stock ve primaries with a custom set of secondaries with a good collector.

I was going to make a custom set of headers, trying this set up for now and still have to dyno to make sure it does actually go better than the 20v headers and doesnt loose too much down low.

You are so right. I got a SSAC header and I think the stock 20ve header is better (I have the complete stock header with primary on secondary, only thing is that i had 2" collector) and a 2.36" (60mm) catback.

I am going to take it off the SSAC and put on back stock.

I find the stock has longer primaries and secondaries. Also has larger diameter secondaries. Only thing is that SSAC has larger diameter primaries and larger collector.

I am going to get a 2.25" or 2.5" collector.

Peace

if it was, then it would look like the one they built already for Mike K. to be honest with you this one looks very similar but the Burns Stainless one uses a 4-1 as opposed to the 4-2-1 design.

JWT did testing on this and found that the 20ve header performed much better than other headers.

Yes it was. The builder has a datafile with head flow numbers, cam specs, combustion chamber volume...etc. Burns then calculated, length, diameter and that a 4-2-1 would perfom best on this engine.
