I haven't really tested it out yet, but the sofware is "easy" to understand, and the wiring harness is self-explaining. I am currently wiring up the last pieces (VVL, idle, radiator fan) so I can start mapping the idle and no load revving.

I'm so frustrated right now, yesterday the car started, but today nothing. HOW CAN THE CAS SIGNAL DISAPPEAR OVERNIGHT???! Some really poor connection I asume, DAMN!

i had the same thing happen in my car the optical sensors in the distributor went bad, the shop/tune said they see nissan distributors go bad pretty often...altho with your case it would be a connection, or the actual optical sensors that went bad. i donno
I tried with another distributor, and still nothing, checked up on the soldering points too. I have no clue whats wrong, btw is green trigger and white home, or the other way around?

Now, finaly, it's running again. Turned out to be a major grounding problem, you cant detect it just by measuring resistance, it's only noticable under load (current load that is, not engine load :o ).
Tuning idle, however, thats another story... Jizez
