It must have been when I
removed the old rotor VERY ungraciously :o. I think I had, unwittingly, installed the cap & rotor for a 1.6 during my last tune up. Parts guys don't seem to listen very well. I do recall the parts looking different than I'm used to but they
fit so I figured the design difference was due to manufacturer making improvements. Ether way, the rotor was stuck.
