Thread: VE Swap Into '02 P11 Question

Okay, I am putting an SR20VE into my 02 Infiniti G20 5port.
For wiring I will be using a CalumRT and a 99 G20 harness.
Needless to say there are a couple differences between the 02 and 99 harness.
Here's the first hurdle....
On the 2002 harness there is an extra adapter on the in-cabin side that is not on the 1999 harness.
Look at these pictures and tell me what you KNOW it is.

I swear I have looked over the EL section of the FSM a million times.
I can't find it.
What ever it is, 99 didn't have it but 00+ did.

poss side curtain air bags? dont know why it would relate but hey im tryin to get you farther than you are now

Passenger side, side airbag?
That doesn't seem right... did you get that from the FSM, what page?
