Thread: SR16VE Cable Type (not Electronic) Speed Sensor for LSD transmission?

Hi I am trying to look for a Cable Type Speed Sensor for my SR16VE engine for LSD transmission installed in a 1987 B12 Nissan Sentra (2 door). It has Adaptronic ECU. My RPM works because of the ECU but the speedometer is an issue. I currently have a B12 stock gauge that works originally on a Cable Type Speed Sensor. this is why I am looking for a Cable Type Speed Sensor that can potentially fir the SR16VE LSD transmission.. any tips? Thanks in advance!

My only guess is that the cable from the 91-92 SE-R would be a good place to start. Have you looked into that?

You might also look into swapping just the speedometer gauge in your cluster to the electronic variety?
