The car just feels like it has very poor top end. As I said, the car feels awesome down low, but if you take it up the car feels like it is either restricted or too rich.

Anyone have any other bin for me to try? ve inj, de maf, n1 cam...

Thanks.

"very noticeable " is likely more than 3-5hp, but thats good.
how did it run with the stock cjj ve bin for de maf/ve inj?

well It felt like what I would expect. What began to tip me off is that when i put in the cams and loaded up the bin, there was very little difference. Sure I can tell the upper cams hold power better but it was a very small difference for $500+....

Yeah i got the cs cam gears and they were set @+4 intake and -3 exhaust. Before i ran standard 16ve cams.

I am currently working on replacing the complete intake system to be 3inch all the way through. I am also removing my cat in place of a magnaflow resonator.

While these are debatable causes, I am going to update mid next week with how it feels. I am especially interested in replacing the stock 2.5 bent intake piping in place of a 3inch metal tube.

I also plan on completing a compression test on the motor asap to verify.

Cheers dude, at last something positive around here.
With so much specualtion it'll be good to see what differences there are between exhausts on these motors.

Best of luck.

you DID set the ignition timing AFTER you retarded the exhaust cam, right?
(i'd recommend -5 on the exhaust)
