87mm SR20VE Dyno

Been a while since i posted on a forum!

Thought i would share this here with you guys.

My old SR20VE had oil starve on circuit and developed rod knock, so i assembled a new 87mm bottom end with 12.5:1CR CP pistons.

Here are the results after getting it tuned.

210 wheel horsepower / 240bhp Flywheeel @7740RPM
160lbft @5000

Black line = before tuning

SR20VE
N1 Camshafts
87mm 12.5:1CR CP Pistons
Xcessive Centre Feed Plenum on Custom Long Runner Manifold
Q45 Throttle Body
Big Tube Tri Y header
3" Exhaust

Anglesey Coastal Circuit - Nissan Pulsar SR20VE 03/06/2019 (Feat. Audi RS6, Audi S4, BMW M3 )

This day was using my own road map (Nismotronic) , so basically the 'untuned' black line (190whp) on the dyno chart.

This engine now has an Accusump Oil accumulator installed, which should prevent any oil starvation issues.
