Crank pulley ONLY 4 timing marks?

Ok guys after researching for couple hrs i couldn't find anything about my crank pulley and want to see if anyone has this or using this pulley this should be a vet pulley that i bought but timing marks i only see 4 marks what are they 0, 10,15,20?
