Thought I had a 2.5" catback but since that muffler came from Japan I'm almost sure its 60mm (2.36") since they use the metric system. And I just ordered a 2.5" SSAC header so my exhaust will be similar to yours. I am now feeling better that it should work without any issues.

I have sr16 cams, sr16 ecu with greddy emanage blue - stock clutch, intake & header (for now) and I wont say a modded SR20de wont beat me but it must be well worked.

Peace

It still feels strong up top, but the camswitch is pretty quiet. I only used the 60mm catback because I already had it on the car. With sr16 cams it would definitely hinder power up top. Of course it will work without issues, but every horsepower counts in the n/a game.

it pulls pretty hard. I went from a t25 turbo setup at 12psi to a ve so I can tell that the ve still has some guts. I'm used to instant power at 3krpm so I am still waiting to hear the bov make its noise

Hahaha I was talking about the jdm de I have but I really want a ve now the only prob is my cash isn't ready. Hahaha can't wait til I get mine though.

Cool. That's the same thing with me - I am not doing an exhaust - got the car with the 60mm.

Thanks

You said you are using an n1 cam tune with stock cams?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure thats what calum put on there. afr's are still good according to the wideband.

The timing isn't as aggressive in the sr16 n1 program, but the afr's are right where Dre likes them (13.4:1).
