VVL 4 bar fuel pressure
Hi

I read that 4 bar fuel pressure is better than 3 bar.

333 cc = 226 WHP * Grey SR20VE
---------------------------------------------333 cc @ 4 bar = 261 WHP

I would like install a fpr nismo and adjust to 4 bar with a fuel tune set for 4 bar on my sr20ve with the next mods

Stock injectors
Armonic header
3" downpipe
3" catback
N1 cams
BC springs and retainers
N1 runners
Xcessive plenum with velocity stacks
Q45 tb
3" cold air intake
N60 maf
AEM 320 lph fuel pump
Gspec pulleys (Crank and water)
SRco tuned (but would be adjust the tune to 4 bar)

Would it make a profit?

Sorry but my English isn't very good

Regards

In your case, yes it would help. Stock injectors are running past 85% duty cycle on your setup I would imagine.

Can there be a problem if the injectors work at 4 bar?

would probably be the same money to buy some 370cc side feeds and adjust the tune?

With the mod list given above, 330cc injectors at 4 bar will be just fine.

370cc injectors at 3 bar will also work out well.

No your tuner should be able to handle 370cc at 4 bar just fine. It is more fuel then you will need, however when planning a fuel system upgrade it is good to have a little bit extra room in case you decide to make more modifications in the future.
